Great, If a prior authorization for your State of CT member’s biologic medication to treat plaque psoriasis has recently been denied, you have the opportunity to order a Mind.Px test to determine what drug class is most likely to work for them. The next step in the process is to fill out the form linked below – once this information is received, Mindera Health will reach out to you for the the patient information, and then will reach out to the patient to set up a collection appointment at their home or office at their convenience. (Note: The patient will also be given the option to return to your office to have the test administered there.
