Tyler Whitmore joined Mindera Health as a member of the Board of Directors in June 2024.  Since January 2024, Mr. Whitmore has worked as Managing Director at Rippelos, an investment and management services firm.  Prior to Rippelos, Mr. Whitmore served at Silicon Ranch, one of the nation’s largest utility-scale solar developers and owner/operators, as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, successfully working on several M&A and capital raising transactions both on the corporate and project levels, collaborating on the company’s business plan, and implementing new facilities and processes for multiple applications across the business.  
 

Before joining Silicon Ranch, Mr. Whitmore spent over a decade at Mountain Group Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investments across the life sciences, animal health and technology sectors.  Mr. Whitmore began his career at Sagent Advisors as an investment banking analyst, successfully advising on several completed M&A, capital raise and strategic alternative advisory transactions within the automotive and industrial spaces.  Mr. Whitmore holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Engineering at Vanderbilt University.
